Things to Know

Bath Pass Appointments:

Bath Passes require reservations.  Bath passes are separate from the massage treatment. Please be aware of our Hours of Operation when scheduling a bath pass with your treatment. 

You may call or text us to confirm Bath Pass availability at 505-289-0495. Due to our limited guest capacity, scheduled bath passes include time to shower  and start at your scheduled arrival time regardless if you are late. Bath passes do not include re-entry privileges. Baths close at 7:30 pm.

Spa Service Appointments:

We recommend you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allowing ample time for a tour of our facilities. As a courtesy to the next guest, should you arrive late for your treatment, the service will end on time and the full price of the service will be charged.  Appointment times include consultation and time to dress.

Health Conditions:

Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns at the time of your booking, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, allergies etc. Additionally you will be asked to complete a medical health intake form prior to your treatment so that we can better customize your treatment to serve your needs. Please Contact us before your treatment if you are undergoing any serious health care treatment. 

Environment: The use of our spa facilities are for guest who have a scheduled appointment. Please help us provide a welcoming, relaxing environment for everyone.  Do NOT talk on your cell phone while at our facility. A $50 fee will be charged for All disruptive behavior (per person, per incident). Please be considerate of others. 

Ammenities:

We do not allow outside food or beverage except water. No glass containers please. There is complimentary coffee, tea, and water for your enjoyment and additional snacks and beverages are available for purchase at the front desk.

Attire:

Swimsuits are required in our communal hot tub/sauna spaces.  Shoes and shirts are required inside the facility. Robes and slippers are provided for all bath passes and are available upon request for any spa service. 

Age Requirements:

Spa services are geared for individuals 18 years and older. Children aged 10-17 may experience services at the discretion of management if his or her parent or guardian is present in the room. No children under 14 yrs of age are allowed in the baths.  

Payment:

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. Prices listed are subject to change without notice. Gratuity is encouraged for excellent service – standard gratuity is 20%. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling: 

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged full service amount. arriving 15 minutes passed the scheduled start time will be considered a No Call no Show and will be subject to our cancellation policy. 

Refunds:

All gift certificates are non-refundable and expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

Refunds will only be refunded in the method of original payment.
